We aim to connect and support individuals with Autoimmune conditions and Long Covid. Join the zoom if you desire and are interested in the connecting with other so you don’t feel overwhelmed or isolated. We visit and give different tools to help with the symptoms of autoimmunity and long covid. The support group also shares recipes, businesses, and other educational resources.
