January is “Thyroid Awareness Month,” which brings attention to Hashimoto’s thyroiditis because of this I asked Dr. Emily Kiberd to join us on the podcast. Dr. Kiberd earned her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the University of Western States. Her expertise spans many therapeutic fields like biomechanics, yoga, and functional movement patterns. She reversed her own Hashimoto’s and believes every woman with Hashimoto’s can feel strong and confident in their body.
She created a course for women struggling with Hashimoto’s to learn how to exercise to lose weight and beat fatigue. I brought her on the show to talk about her journey with Hashimoto’s and how she helping women gain their life back.
